In addition to the new rates, the sender must also include the correct postage on their letters and parcels.   On March 14, the United States Postal Service will issue its eighth Global Forever stamp, featuring the African daisy. The stamp will go on sale in panes of ten the same day, with no first-day ceremony planned. This is the first stamp in the series to be issued in a country other than the United States. The stamp can also be used for self-addressed mail. The stamp was designed by Greg Breeding and William J. Gicker. In order to make international mail more convenient, the USPS has introduced a new stamp that offers a universal stamp for worldwide mail. The Global Forever stamps are issued in self-adhesive panes of 10. Each pane contains ten stamps. The stamps are issued in panes of ten and can be mailed within the United States and abroad.
